Our base is uniquely designed for vinyl flake applications. It rapidly evacuates water that is added to the solution before coating. This evacuation creates a vacuum effect on the vinyl flake which melds and then fuses into the surface, resulting in a beautifully uniform and smooth broadcast. Finally, we apply our top shelf high solid (93%+) polyaspartic top coat and back roll to perfection.

The results indicate the rate of moisture vapor emission, typically measured in pounds per 1,000 square feet per 24 hours (lbs/1,000 sq ft/24 hrs). We analyze the results to determine if the moisture levels are within acceptable limits for applying the polyaspartic coating. High moisture levels can impede adhesion and lead to coating failure, if the moisture levels are too high, we implement moisture mitigation strategies, such as applying moisture barriers or using special primers designed to handle higher moisture levels.
